She is so pretty with her big bow, and she knows it!
On Easter, Me and Jeff let her play in the water fountain and she got a kick out of it.
We didn't know she was going to soak herself by sticking her little finger in the hole where the water comes out.
Lets just say she ended up like this, and she was loving it.

Hey Candice! This little girl, looks just like all of the 'Riggs' girls. You all had the big brown beautiful eyes and curly hair! It seems just like yesterday your (younger) sisters were this size... time fly's! Too cute!
Nieces and nephews are the best. That is so much fun! And the new addition to the family is so cute!
